The US$200.00 workshop fee can be collected by the following:

Online credit card payment during the online registration process (unfortunately we cannot accept credit cards at the workshop)
Cash or check at the conference
Invoice – your confirmation email will include a link to download the conference invoice which can then be submitted to your company for payment
